Ever wonder where some of those old HOTRODS went!
Back in 1975 Neale Cannan (Slugger) bought this ROD, as his first car, It had been owned in the 60's by another of our members Bill Aguis. It has been hidden away for some time but we know that one day we will be at a run and we will hear the sound of a "Flattie" rumbling in and we will all be in awe of what 30 years work can achieve.

"To be continued"...........

In June 1979 Australian Street Rodding 10th edition featured a technical article on how to "steel out" and "chop" a 34 Ford ute. In August that year a future Hot rodder was born "Clinton Horne" and at age 15 Clinton purchased the body and rear Guards that had not been touched since the article was written. He then spent nearly 8 years sourcing parts from swap meets and completed the car on 24/9/2003. The next day he headed off to the Valla park rod run which is a 3000 Kilometre round trip and clocked up a heap of K's cruising.
